Our Fees

Our remuneration covers the costs of providing our initial advice, any ongoing review services plus our costs of running a business (office rent, employee salaries etc).

Our remuneration may be payment of:

1. commission by the issuer of the financial product/s we recommend (payable when the product is issued to the client) or
2. a direct fee to us for our services (your adviser will advise you of the fee before providing the service) or
3. a combination of both commission and fee for service.

The basis and amount of the commission for each product recommended will be set out in the Statement Of Advice and explained by your adviser.

The service fee is included in the fees or premiums charged by the product issuers. The explanation of product fees and charges will be contained in the Product Disclosure Statement.

The initial service fee we may receive, with respect to investment products we recommend, may vary from 0% to 5%. For example on a $50,000 investment the service fee would be between $0 and $2,500.

Ongoing service fee is 1% + GST for investments. For example on a $50,000 investment the ongoing service fee would be between $0 and $500 + GST.
